How to control the flu or/and control the cold from spreading vs. high-risk groups, heart disease/obese/obesity advice/tips before they start. Get a free controlling the cold and/or controlling the flu from spreading 165 pages multimedia/interactive E-Book manual/guide. Call 719-237-1167 today!

High-Risk Groups like Heart Disease/Obese/Obesity need to Control the Flu and/or Control the Cold from spreading.

If you have Heart Disease you should Control the Flu or/and Cold with passion. Imagine a Cowboy Riding a Tiger. The only goal above that is getting your flu shot. The good news is getting your flu shot could lower your chances of severe flu problems.

Heart disease is the number one killer in America! The flu can trigger a heart attack in people with heart disease. In fact, more people with heart disease and the flu die than any other high-risk groups. People with heart disease/flu have a large number of possible problems that include:

1. Getting pneumonia
2. Having a heart attack
3. Worsening of pre-existing conditions like:
     A. Diabetes
     B. Asthma
4. Death

Obese/Obesity

"We were surprised by the frequency of obesity among the severe cases that we've been tracking," said Anne Schuchat, a CDC expert. Click here for more details.

Very obese people have as much as a three-time higher chance of dying than others from swine flu. Extreme obesity is a (BMI) of 40 or more. Click here for more details.

The flu germ is very small. This tips/advice will help you control the flu and/or cold. Our senses do not know when it is near. We cannot see it, feel it, taste it, or smell it. Many people think it is everywhere. However, it is not. You can control it by learning where to find it. And learning the things you can do to control it. You must learn where the germ is likely to be. Then you should not allow the germ in your body by doing these things when the germ is near:

1. Do not drink
2. Do not smoke
3. Do not eat
4. Put on lip stick/balm
5. Or makeup
6. Touch contact lenses
7. Eyes
8. Mouth
9. Nose
10. Ears with your hands

All of these things link to each other/many other habits. Simply knowing these things will not stop you from doing them. I have a free 165 pages interactive/multimedia manual/guide that will help you learn quick/easy things you need to control the flu.
This guide will help you create good habits for the scenarios below:
1. Do not eat anything when in a group of others
2. Do not eat before washing your hands
3. Do not eat in a room where there was a crowd of late
4. Do not eat with gloves on
5. Do not eat if others made/gave you the food

That covers some of the issues made by eating. However, you will link many other habits when you practice daily. Before you go out, make sure your hands have no sores/cuts. You can catch the germ through these areas. Put a bandage on sores/cuts. Do not shake hands with people unless you are wearing gloves. Or you can bump elbows.

If you wear safety gloves, wash your hands when:
1. You go to the bathroom
2. Your gloves are torn
3. You decide to eat something

Take off all your:

1.  Jewelry
2. That includes
A. Rings, bracelets, chains, and watches these things taint fast.

You must control your actions as wells as others you make contact with. Think there will be three levels the swine flu could reach when it gets here.
Those levels for instance could be:
1. Slightly tough for many and severe for those in the high-risk groups
2. Severe for many and severe/deadly for at-risk groups
3. Very deadly for all

If you have heart disease/obese/obesity you are at-risk of having severe flu problems, you must be strong/control things. If the flu season in America is at level 1, many people will keep their hygiene habits. This means many people will want to shake hands, sneeze/cough in your face, etc. you must tell them for instance that if you cough or sneeze please cough in your elbow like this. Then show them the right way to do it. Also, tell them that I must stay five feet from you. If you sneeze, I will have to leave, how are you doing? If people do not do what you ask, you must walk away. Of course, you must do this using tact. If you think, they will not respond the right way to what you ask for, just walk away.

If the swine flu mutates to level two, then you should think about a self-imposed quarantine.  You may not be able to do this. However, many people will be scared and they will be more willing to practice good habits. You will not have to explain why you wear safety mask/gloves.

If the flu reaches, level three. The control the spread of flu or/and cold advice/tips 165 pages multimedia/interactive e-Book manual/guide. Will help you prepare for the all three levels of the swine flu.

How fast you learn how to control flu vs. cold will be vital. You will not be able to change your hygiene habits over night. Experts say it takes about 3 weeks to change habits you have had for years. You do not want to catch the flu before you learn how to control it. The free tips/advice, manual/guide allows you to practice the things you need.  We change your habits by using 170 question, answers and what if scenarios to help you learn. Just knowing something will not cause you to do what you must do to control the flu or cold.

Flu prevention and/or cold prevention tips/advice COPD/asthma/ asthmatic before they start. Get a free 165 pages how to prevent cold vs. prevent flu E-book manual/guide.

Five out of six people get COPD due to smoking

COPD/Asthma vs. Cold Prevention and Flu Prevention Tips/Advice

COPD is the fourth leading cause of death in the USA. Which means people with this problem will have trouble in a bad flu outbreak.  Flu and cold causes COPD to get worse.  The swine flu has strains that go straight to the lungs. This makes this germ more unsafe/deadly for people with COPD/asthma/ asthmatics. In a normal year 120,000 die from COPD or it causes the problem to get worse. The swine flu will surely up the numbers of those who will die.

People with COPD find it hard to breathe. About half of those with this serious lung problem do not know they have it. This creates a big problem during a bad flu season. Many people will not have good flu prevention or/and cold prevention habits. This could make them good targets for severe/deadly flu problems.

If you have the flu, with breathing problems you should call your GP ASAP. Breathing problems are a good sign of serious flu infection. Or you do not have the flu but find it hard to breathe all the time. Call your GP and ask about a test to see if you have COPD. The swine flu has killed many in a short time. The signs below will help you decide if you have COPD.

1. Do you have an endless cough?
2.   Do you wheeze?
3.   Do you find it hard to catch your breath when doing things you have done in the past?
4.   Do you have a surplus of phlegm?
5.   If you do, call your GP ASAP and ask for a COPD test

You do not want COPD to get worse. Some ads on TV/elsewhere claim that they have a cure for the cold or flu. But, science has not yet found it. There are drugs that can reduce how bad the flu gets. Tamiflu is a drug that can make the flu milder. The key is doctors must use it within 48 hours. Or it may not work. Also, there are drugs that reduce symptoms of a cold. They include Ibuprofen /others. So, it is vital that high-risk people with COPD/asthma prevent a flu/cold. It could mean your lives during a bad flu outbreak.

If you have COPD/asthma/asthmatic, you are at-risk of major flu related problems. Most people will have a mild response to catching the flu. However many people especially those with COPD/asthma could have a tough time. Expert’s report, that 30 to 40% of those who were in the hospital in 2009/2010 for swine flu had COPD/asthma. Click here for more details. The normal flu infects your nose/throat/sinuses. The swine flu now has strains that go straight to the lungs. This can cause the germ to be more deadly. That is because the lungs are a vital organ.

This puts anyone with breathing issues at near the top of the list. People with the flu/asthma/COPD could have more severe/deadly problems. If you are part of one high-risk group like young children/pregnant women/obese/heart disease and more coupled with COPD/asthmatic you are even more at-risk.

Here are some tips/advice you can use for flu prevention and/or cold prevention:
1. Get your flu shot ASAP. Most times, you should get your shot sooner. But, get it now due to the flu season starting late.
2. Learn the details about preventing flu or preventing cold. I have a free 165 + e-book manual/guide that will help you learn how to prevent the flu/cold. It is interactive/multimedia and is quick/easy to learn.
3. Practice good hygiene habits daily. You must follow many new detailed changes in your habits to prevent cold/flu.
4. Stay away from crowds. Close contact with other people cause a problem. You need to keep sick people at least five feet from you. If a sick person sneezes in your face, you could catch the germ. You would have no choice but to breathe large flu droplets.
5. I suggest that you look at your daily habits. Which ones put you at-risk? Do you normally sit across from someone? Do you take public transportation? When do you go to the store? You need to answer these questions/many more.
6. Do you wear safety gear? These items can help in cold prevention and/or flu prevention before it starts
7. Do you know how to remove safety gear safely? You can catch the cold/flu while removing your gear.
8. Do not overdue it, but workout daily.
9. Practice makes perfect. Or perfect practice makes perfect. You must study what you need to do daily or your new habits will not come to be. World-class athletes, musicians, entertainers, etc. need to know their craft. If they do not they will fail, period.

I think that you should wear a small utility bag to carry safety gear. This bag would need at least six pockets to hold your safety gear. This would prevent cross corruption of things you need to carry. It would make it easy to carry the things you need. If you do not make it easy to change your hygiene habits, it will take you much longer to change. For example, let us say you are in a public restroom. There are no hand towels to turn the water off with/open the door. By the way, you should not touch any handles in the restroom. Surely, the germ would be all over them.

How bad do you need to prevent flu and/or cold? You can virtually be sure not to catch the flu. Do you need to work? Can you go into self-isolation? In the 1918 flu pandemic, some schools that had strict quarantines did not have anyone catch the flu.

If the flu were intense, it would be a good idea for you to stay at home. But, you would have to protect yourself from the other people who are in the public and live with you. You can do this with a negative pressure room. The details to this solution are in the flu prevention and/or cold prevention manual/guide. This interactive/ multimedia e-book manual will help you learn quick and easy how to prevent the flu.

If the flu is so bad, that leaders restrict public social gathering. Then it would be a good idea for all to stay at home. There are key details that you would need to cover in either case. Those details are in the guide/manual.

If you do catch the germ, doctors must use antiviral drugs within 48 hours!
Time is of the essence. This is extremely important. Many people all over the word think a cold is the flu or the flu is a cold. People die due to this mistake. The swine flu can kill you within 36 hours from the time you catch it. GP’s must start drugs within 2 days. If not they may not work. There are reports that the swine flu is no longer the same as it was last year. Click here for more details.

Meaning the flu shot/our antiviral drugs are less potent against some strains. I have a flu vs. cold test that you can take on line to help you decide if you have the cold or the flu. Click here to take that test to see if you have the cold vs. flu.

Young Children, Pregnant Women, Heart Disease, Diabetes/Diabetics, Asthma/Asthmatics, Obese/Obesity, vs. cold prevention or/and flu prevention before it starts free manual/guide. You will have to FIGHT to prevent catching the flu or/and cold. Get a FREE interactive/multimedia 165 pages flu prevention and/or cold prevention E-Book Manual/Guide. Call 719-237-1167.

Cold prevention or/and flu prevention makes YOU/the germ the ENEMY!

Wait I am the prey of the flu. It attacks me how can I be the bad one. What I mean by YOU ARE THE ENEMY is you must change your way of life. You must change those things that help you catch the flu. If you do not, your old habits could doom you.
At-risk/high-risk groups like these:
1. Young Children
2. Pregnant Women/Pregnancy
3. Heart Disease
4. Diabetes/Diabetics
5. Asthma/Asthmatics
6. Obese/Obesity
7. More plus everyone else will need to fight themselves.

Young children less than 5 and mainly under two
The flu is strong in England now. Young children less than 5 have the flu more than all other groups.

Sick children have a hard time getting ICU beds in the UK now. Dr Kevin Morris, of the Pediatric Intensive Care Society, said, “We are virtually in a situation where there isn’t a single pediatric intensive care bed left in the country. This is the worst crisis within living memory.” Click here for more facts.

 Children are at-risk!
A Child immune system is weak. It has not seen much let alone flu that some 40 have ever seen.

Pregnancy/Pregnant women
A study showed that pregnant women in the third semester when the flu is here could cause big trouble. They might need to go to the hospital for heart/lung problems. Just like women who were not pregnant but with serious medical problems.

Obesity/the Obese
Experts show the obese are at-risk of severe flu. Those with a body mass index/BMI of 40/more had three times more chance to die of swine flu.Out of 534 patients, half of them were obese. 92 of those died 61% of those had BMIs of 30/more. And, 30% had BMIs of 40/more. Click here for more facts.

Diabetes/Diabetics/Asthma/Asthmatics
If you have heart disease vs. flu, you have more risk of problems. They include:

1. Pneumonia
2. Respiratory failure
3. Heart attack
4. Death
5. Dehydration
6. And worse pre-existing conditions such as:
A. Heart failure, diabetes or asthma

When an intense swine flu wave gets here, it will be like a war. You must fight your habits. You are a HUGE foe. Your whole life, you have been doing core things a certain way. Your body will fight you like a wild animal to keep on doing things “MY WAY”. Do not under estimate your habits. They will fight you tooth/nail.

Your other foe is the germ. It is very small you cannot SEE, HEAR, SMELL, or FEEL it. How in the world are you going to prevent from catching the flu? The answer is:
1. Get a flu shot ASAP
2. Learn as much about flu and or cold prevention as possible
3. Practice good cold/flu prevention skills daily

Do not think that doing a few general things will prevent the cold and/or flu. You must respect detail. If you do not cover the details, you will leave openings for the germ.

No one will break a core habit unless forced to do so. Why is it so hard to break a habit? Because, they save us time it lets us do things without thinking. That is why we hate CHANGE. Change forces us to re-learn things. We must NEED to break a habit. Wanting to live is a strong reason to change.

Do not think that because you know something you will do the right thing. Many people know that smoking/drinking/gambling/drugs are bad for them. However, they still do them.

There are bullies out there who will want you to do things their way. They will insist that your/their old way is the best way. You must stand up and take charge.
People will expect things from you. However, you must control what you do. Notice a few habits that you need to break:
1. Shaking hands with others

This is a hard habit to break. People will expect you to do this unless you take charge. Stick your elbow out and say “it is the flu season” that is all you have to say. Refuse to shake their hand. If they do not do what you want, do not shake their hand. People cough/sneeze on their hands all day. Many sick people will have the germ crawling on their hands all day.

2. Do not hug or come within 5 feet of sick people. Or keep people in general 5 feet from you during an intense flu wave. And that includes close friends/family. If you are not ready, they could put you in a bear hug in no time. Tell them “we must stay at least five feet apart/face the same way“. “If one of us has to cough/sneeze, make sure to look away from each other“. “Then I will have to leave, how are you.”

1. After the germ peaks in England/Europe it most likely will still get more severe. It will do this to survive. The flu season in the north part of the world has just started. Its prime goal is to copy itself as much as it can. It will try to infect as many people as possible. A high infection rate combined with a high fatality rate made the 1918 flu the worst in history. Germs evolve with the aid of passage. Passage is the process of infecting humans. The more passage exists, the more the germ will be able to learn about how to infect/copy self in us. This could lead to it getting more potent.
2. Not everyone will catch the flu. Our goal is to lower your chance of catching it.
3. There are many things in this world that link. Washing your hands, the right way has many links. Such as:
A. When should you wash your hands? You should not wash your hands 100 times a day. The guide tells when to wash.
B. Do you as a rule wash/rinse your hands for 5 seconds? That is what you are going to do. Unless you fight that, habit and wash for 30 sec/rinse for 30 sec. This will not be easy unless you are prepared to master things you need to do to prevent the cold and or flu.

You Must Respect The Swine Flu This Season!
Or a lot will die for no cause.

There are two main ways for the flu to change to live on. One is through reassortment, were one germ mixes with one more germ to form an evolved germ. This can happen fast/it could take a year/more. The other way is through recombination. This way can cause fast changes in a germ in a short time. It could cause the germ to infect more. In India during their monsoon season this year, the swine flu’s infection rate jumped from 10/15% to 40%. This caused an alert by the (NIV).

Up to date test from Asia show the spread of strains seen in Australia. They show that strains of H1N1 flu are quickly changing through recombination. These changes form strains that are harsh/deadly cases in England. Click here for more facts. If you blend these new strains with a surge in the infection rate, it could get mean.

Some news media will only tell you about up to date events, keeping you a step behind. The best way to predict what a pandemic flu will do is to look at its history. It is like throwing a football at a runner. You throw the ball to where the runner will be not where they were. People were talking about how mild it was at the start. There are signs that point to the flu getting worse. I think the main sign is the swine flu is 95% + the same as the 1918 flu.

The swine flu has the best pedigree. The 1918 is the parent. Archie Manning was a very good football player on a bad team. His two sons Peyton/Eli Manning are each Super Bowl Champions. Do you think that was by chance?

If 95%+ of Muhammad Ali in his prime was fighting today, do you think he would be the world champion? Yes! The swine flu is a unique germ. It likely will evolve to a high peak. The virus loves cold weather. This January in the USA should be the coldest in last 26 years. Click here for facts. The virus will fight for its life. And it has shown it will not die without a fight. The germ will challenge us all.

Young Children and Pregnant women vs. Flu Control and Cold Control Symptoms: Alert, The flu will be severe this season! The flu will hit young children and Pregnant Women hard. Get A FREE Multimedia/Interactive Control Flu and Control Cold Symptoms E-book Manual/Guide Today! Call 719-237-1167 Now!

Young children and Pregnant Women will need your help to control the flu!

Time is running out. The flu will start soon and race to a peak that could take the worlds breathe away. I refuse to SUGARCOAT how BAD I think the next flu season will get.

The mother and father are on the line. They must decide the fate of their young children. Controlling the flu is now HUGE! I think the flu is about to shift into gear. It is now much more deadly than before. However, you still have the time to plan.

A big problem is humans lean on our past to decide things. Our past may not have the facts we need. Millions of people think they will not catch the flu because they are young/strong. Young people say all the time. “I never get sick”,   “Last year everyone got sick but me”.

The problem with that is the swine flu makes a strong immune system a flaw. This flu is 95%+ the same as the 1918 flu. Young people’s systems have not seen it before. I think that EVERYONE should get a flu shot ASAP. It takes two weeks for the shot to start working.

The flu shot is about 70 to 80 per cent effective. So we all must control flu and cold through other means.  Young children and pregnant women are a big target with this flu.

To control flu and control cold this season, you will need to forget what you know about the flu. Those thoughts will trigger bad habits. Plus, slow you from learning good new habits to control the flu and cold.

The flu in England/Europe will help us in the USA see what is coming. Pregnant women and young children should try to control the flu due to these reasons:

1. Of late, there was a shocking jump in severe swine flu cases.  This big jump occurred in just a few days. Last year the peak number of severe flu cases was 180. That number pushed medical resources. Already at the start of this flu season, there are 460 harsh cases. This shows that the flu is now much more dangerous than it was last year.

2.  These numbers point to a shortage of ECMO machines. They are our best tool to control harsh flu cases. The swine flu is still growing it is not near its peak yet. It is clear the death rate could go higher. Also, the infection rate could rise to 40% as it did of late in India. This happened during their last monsoon season. And it caused an alert by the (NIV) National Institute of Virology. The 1918 flu was the worst ever due to a high death/infection rate %. Then the death rates were 2.5%-5% and a big 50% infection rate.

3. Plenty of people can still catch the flu due to:

A. Many people thinking the swine is less harsh than the normal flu.
B. Many people did not get a flu shot.
c. Some of the new flu strains will evade the shot.

4. Do not expect the numbers to be exact. The flu could have much more cases than reported. This is due to the test not being precise. People want to know the numbers fast. The test that is used is only right as low as 10% of the time. Also, people who die from the swine flu on NON-ICU wards do not report the same. This causes the numbers to less than exact.

5. The Health Protection Agency said. “The figures have risen by 10 in a week. Of those who died, 24 had swine flu and three were suffering from another strain, flu type B.”
Nine of the victims were children. The HPA would not say if any of the deaths were among pregnant women because of worries over identification. Almost half the fatalities were in the “at risk” group.
These facts are from recent news click here for more info.

Doctors have described the stark increase in cases as unprecedented, with some calling it the worst flu outbreak for more than two decades.

Experts have warned the situation will get worse.

The country’s leading virologist, Professor John Oxford,
said: ‘I wish I could be optimistic about this outbreak, but I have an uneasy, restless feeling.

I think
Mr. Oxford is uneasy and restless because he thinks a nightmare is coming.
I hope not but get serious now. Do not take this next flu season for granted. Start to prepare now! What you do not want is the whole world realizing all at once that the flu is a nightmare. That will cause panic and people will not be able to get many things they want at any price.

For more info click here.

Do not wait until the last minute to learn how young children and pregnant women can control cold and flu symptoms. We will all have to break bad hygiene habits and create new ones. Experts say that it takes about 21 days to break bad habits and make new good ones. You do not want to be in the process of learning what you need to do and catch the flu.  Get a FREE 165 pages Interactive/Multimedia How Young Children and Pregnant Women can Control Flu and Cold Symptoms E-Book Manual/Guide. Flu End and Cold End Symptoms: Warning High-Risk Groups; diabetes, asthma, pregnant women, obese, children under 5 years, and more! Get FREE End flu and End Cold Symptoms Manual/Guide.

Can You See Trouble Coming?

High-Risk groups like people with diabetes, young children under 5, asthmatics, the obese, pregnancy and more should look themselves
in the mirror and ask ,

“Is my life on the line”!

I think many people could pass away without need in the next few months. Many of these people will be young/strong.  However, the high-risk groups could have the saddest stories.

Things happen in this world most times for a reason. What are the odds that you will win the Lotto? That is right slim to none. If something appears BY CHANCE, then shortly it happens again. Most likely, there is a good reason for it. The more chance appears, the higher the chance it is not a twist of fate.
Look at the swine flu when it first appeared to now. Many thought that it was weaker than the normal flu. But, the experts knew that if it has the genes it could be more deadly the second or third time it shows up. What has it done to help us know what it will do next?
Do not panic but keep your eyes on every move the swine flu makes soon. Here is why it could be a nightmare:
1.  Spike in H1N1 Fatalities in Romania Raises Concerns
Secretary of State Adrian Streinu-Cercel said the case fatality rate or CFR in influenza A/H1N1 virus in the last six weeks increased from 0.1% to 1.32%. See these articles for more info.
2.   The microscope shows, the swine flu is 95% + the same as the 1918 flu. The 1918 flu was the worst ever. (It has the genes.)
3.   The death rate has grown; it was less than .1% in the U.S. at first. Now, in India it was over 8%. The 8% rate in India could be misleading due to many people not reporting their illness. The 1918 flu killed about 2.5% of people who caught it.
4.      The swine flu’s infection rate has leaped from 10/15% to 40% during the monsoon season in India. The monsoon season is less deadly than their normal flu season.  This caused an alert by the (NIV) the National Institute of Virology in Pune India.
5.      The 1918 flu was so deadly due to a high death rate/ infection rate %. That death rate was 2.5%-5%. And, the infection rate was a huge 50%.  Recently, two people with the swine flu out of three died in Pennsylvania. This is of course a very high death rate. And who knows what it really means. However, that death rate could mean a more deadly germ is on the way soon.

People in the high-risk groups should get their flu shots ASAP! Do not worry it is safe. It is your best chance to avoid the flu. However, it will not work all the time. This is due partly to some strains of the flu not being part of the flu shot.

Recent test show the swine flu vaccine is safe/effective for people with asthma. The results appear online in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. The following quote explains: “Asthma was the most common underlying health condition among those hospitalized in the United States with 2009 H1N1 influenza infection during the 2009-2010 influenza season,” NIAID director Anthony S. Fauci, MD, said in a press release. “The results of this clinical trial show that the 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccine was safe and led to adequate production of antibodies thought to be protective against the virus.”  Go to http://www.pediatricsupersite.com/view.aspx?rid=78631 for more information.

Many recent news articles warn the public of trouble ahead. The media should cover these stories more. People all over the world have become content. It is time to wake up/smell the coffee! The following news tells a story:

1.         GPs' alarm as deadly swine flu returns with a vengeance

A. It turns out that many experts where wrong when they predicted a mild flu season this year.
B. The swine flu has killed 10 people in the past six weeks. This is a high number this early in the flu season.
2.         Increased Frequency of Severe and Fatal H1N1 In England

“The numbers of severely ill patients have taken specialists by surprise because monitoring suggests low levels of swine flu in the community”.  Think about the peak of the flu season when there may be many ill people. Many people are not getting their flu shots and the swine flu has evolved where some strains will evade what our vaccine offers. Percentages are a key point. It is like saying people in my family are smart. I expect my son/daughter to be smart. The high death/infection rates in India show a potential.

An increase in the levels of D225G could have a big effect on the ease of use of ICU beds/ECMO machines. This could cause less treatment options for severe cases.  This is starting to happen in England at the start of the flu season. Meaning these strains could quickly spread.

D225G has a large link to death in 1918/ today. Its numbers are growing causing more severe/deadly cases. Surely, it will cause hospitals to run low on ICU beds/EMC machines. These are our tools to fight the severe cases. People could pass away because of the lack of our State-Of-The-Art-Tools. This is the beginning of the flu season in England and they are already starting to run low on their special tools to control tough flu cases. To read more go to http://www.recombinomics.com/News/12161002/H1N1_England_Severe_Frequency.html

3.         Swine flu warning to pregnant women in Northern Ireland

The swine flu virus has killed 21 people in Northern Ireland. The Public Health Agency issued a warning.  The agency's director of public health Dr Lorraine Doherty said that she feared pregnant women could be hardest hit by the virus.
The above statement shows how key it is that pregnant women get a flu shot and avoid the swine flu. For more information go to  http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-11984635

Flu hits young children harder than adults
The flu hits adults hard. Is it bad or what? It can knock you to your knees and take your appetite away. You can ache all over and barely get out of bed. However, the flu attacks children even worse.
